VINTAGE-Vinyl Issue of a Motown 1963 release featuring live performances of many of Motown’s early stars, live at the Apollo Theatre in Harlem. The title of this LP is “Motor-Town Review: Recorded Live at The Apollo.” It was recorded In December of 1962. This album was originally issued by Motown in 1963, and this 1981 Re-Issue is on Motown (M5-215V1). It features live performances from Mary Wells, The Miracles, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, The Supremes, The Contours, and the Marvelettes.
This item is brand practically new, still has original shrink wrap and has only been played a couple times. Purchased this item decades ago, and it has been sitting in our home (vertically) for the last few decades. The LP has a small cutout notch in the top left of the front cover. (See last photos in this posting).
